Hand regulating valves, 52 bar (MREG)

Hand regulating valves, 52 bar (MREG)

Two variants: A for metering liquid expansion, B for liquid-line flow regulation. Also works as a stop valve. Yellow caps tell them apart from shut-off valves.

Pressure

Strainers (CFIA)

Butt-weld strainers for all common refrigerants.

Sizes

Temperature
−46 to +150 °C
Cast steel Teflon-seat weldable valves, 28 bar (CSTSW)

Cast steel Teflon-seat weldable valves, 28 bar (CSTSW)

Lost-wax cast bodies welded directly to the pipe. Replaceable Teflon seat, front and back seating, stainless stem, top part changes without cutting the line. L (angle) and Y (straight) forms.

Sizes
½–12 in (15–300 mm)
Test pressure
28 kg/cm²
Temperature
−40 to +120 °C

Weld-in-line valves, 25 bar

Cast steel ASTM A-216 WCB body, 410 stainless spindle and replaceable PTFE front and back seats. Easy to dismantle and repair.

Pressure
25 bar
Flanged cast iron valves, 28 bar (CIMSF, CITSF, CITSFY)

Flanged cast iron valves, 28 bar (CIMSF, CITSF, CITSFY)

Globe, angle and Y-type valves in closed-grain cast iron with metal or Teflon seat, stainless spindle and ammonia gland.

Sizes
½–8 in (15–200 mm)
Pressure
28 bar

Screwed valves and tee valves (CIMSS, CITSS, CITSSY)

Small-bore cast iron valves with metal or Teflon seat, including tee valves that flow in two directions.

Sizes
¼–1 in (6–25 mm)
Hand expansion and needle regulating valves

Hand expansion and needle regulating valves

For liquid feed to evaporators, accumulators and intercoolers. Dual function: expansion and isolation. Red handwheels, individually pressure tested.

Flanged
½–2 in
Screwed
¼–1 in
Weldable
½–2 in
Pressure
27 bar
Piston and in-line check valves (PCICVF, ILCVF)
